A Message from the Founder

I wrote my first program at age 8 and never stopped. Over 20+ years in tech, I've built web applications, APIs, desktop software, databases, and libraries while also managing Windows and Linux infrastructure. I've seen the full stack, and I've shipped it all.

Along the way, I watched an industry change. As capital flooded into tech, the focus shifted from craft to scale. Quantity over quality. Layers of management between engineers and decisions. Contractors handed work they had no stake in. I saw good teams buried under process and bad code shipped because "it was good enough."

I started Gallagher IS because I believe there's a better way. Small team. Direct communication. No handoffs. Software built by people who own the outcome and care enough to get it right.
